The Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors is hosting this year's Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference at the J.W. Marriott in Indianapolis Oct. 17-18.
The annual conference draws over 400 plastics and rubber manufacturing executives. This year's conference will address leadership, impact of employees on the bottom-line, operational best practices, sales and marketing, and financial benchmarks from the 2013 North America Survey of the Plastics Industry.
"Finding the balance of sales and marketing, workforce growth, profits and loss is the key to success," said Troy Nix, MAPP's executive director, in a news release.
